We have a full time training facility on the Eurolink estate in Sittingbourne  with a matted floor, fully heated with tea/ coffee/hot chocolate on offer.  Gary is a fully qualified Boxercise instructor also a qualified personal trainer. A friendly welcoming class dedicated to health and fitness.
